Our plan is to build the first LEET arena asap here in SoCal. We want to create a designated park around the game we've learned to love so much. Our initial plan was to build an arena transportable and transparent (yes, made out of glass!), but to make it more cost efficient and less risky, I started to contact the guys who've built the coolest and biggest extreme sports ramps, pipes and rails for the last two decades. Yesterday i met one of these guys, who turned out to be a legend and true pioneer or skateboarding.
I took Superstar PT with me. We did some runs at huge Skatepark. There was lot to learn from, it was big enough and there were so many different styles, slopes and materials.
While we had enough runs in the biggest ramp (size of a an actual X-games size vert, but cut a bit in height) PT asked me if this is the actual size for the arena. I calculated and said, "No the LEET arena will be about double the length, double the width, double the height, so in volume it will be eight times bigger." It's going to be huge.
Once again, specs are about 150 feet length, 75 feet width, around 28 feet in height. Once it's ready, we will put the games on right away. Be ready. The goal is to get something done this year under the sun here in SoCal.
Guys, let the legend grow!
Jake
